Heard from the family room while I was preparing lunch....
"Hey Caitlin, come watch me whack my head!"
Quickly followed by a lot of crying. Don't think I'll be hearing that sentence for, oh, at least another hour!

Currently a stay-at-home mom of two children, trying to keep everyone sane and happy. Somedays I succeed, other days you can feel the tension. Sometimes I pour my heart out here, and sometimes I don't. It all depends on the day. Happily married, usually a happy mom, and almost always in need of a nap.

What was he banging his head on?
I think it was the coffee table. Could have been the sofa. I was at the sink peeling an orange for their vegetarian lunch (they requested oranges, bananas, and peanuts!), and didn't see what happened. He recovered quickly, so whatever it was wasn't very hard on his little noggin.
That is hilarious! Kiddos are oh so entertaining!
