Preparing for the Meltdown
Brandon keeps asking why we can't just get in the car and drive back to California so he can play with Emily. It makes me want to cry (both the thought of him not playing with Emily, and the thought of driving back right now!)! I'm trying to gird myself for the inevitable meltdown. Hopefully we'll get out and start making some friends in the near future.

We missed Brandon yesterday at playgroup. I think Owen misses both him and Daniel terribly. I think that because there was a new boy there, Mark. (You met his mom-they gave you moving boxes). When Owen's Mommy was introducing Mark to Padyn, Owen says, "He's a BOY!" He was so excited he had another boy to play with.
We hope Brandon finds another boy (and girl) to play with soon.
I'm glad Owen has a new buddy. I felt bad for him that his two buds were moving on the same day! I loved watching Brandon, Owen and Daniel all run around after Bible Study. We miss you all. I hope to find a playgroup soon. Right now we're spending a lot of time at the play area at the mall. It's nice (I met a woman who just moved here from Foster City), but it isn't the same.
