"Confusion and Delay"

Brian and I were watching the 10 'o clock news tonight on channel 2. The newscaster was talking about a robbery at a local bowling alley, and stated that the robber caused "confusion and delay" at the bowling alley this morning. Someone has been watching too much "Thomas and Friends". Those of you who have been stuck watching too much "Thomas and Friends" with your child know *exactly* what I mean! I'd never heard that phrase before I had kids, and hope never to hear it when Brandon's Thomas days are through.
